No Returns or Exchanges

 

At NokshiUSA we strive for 100% satisfaction of all our customers. We take the utmost care in inspecting every item and packaging them appropriately prior to shipping.  However, there is a strict no refund or exchange policy for ALL of our jewelry due to the following reasons:

• For hygiene purposes and the safety of our customers we cannot keep in stock any jewelry that may have been worn by others. 

• Our jewelry is often elaborate and worn for special occasions and any attempts to return the jewelry after the desired use will not be accepted or facilitated in any way.

• Most of our jewelry is hand-made and therefore there is an understanding that they are prone to slight differences and imperfections. This is an accepted norm and not a reason for returns or exchanges.

• Delays and damages caused by the shipping provider are not the responsibility of NokshiUSA, as we take every precaution in shipping items timely and packing the products safely.

We do understand that at times there are extenuating circumstances which may merit an exception to the rules above. In these cases Customers can qualify for a store credit only for the following situation:

 

• Wrong item sent: If there is a clear mismatch between the product listed on the invoice and the item received. This will be rectified by re-sending the correct item once the original item is returned.

Any request for store credit must be made within 24 hours of receiving the products and returned in it's original condition within 7 days thereafter. We will review any request for store credit on a case by case basis and request evidence as needed. We reserve the right to deny any requests for store credit.
